Shipping policy
At Certifiedwatchstore, we offer free Ground shipping for all orders over $100, using FedEx, UPS, or USPS based on the order. If you return an item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All shipments from our warehouse are fully insured by the carrier.
Delivery Time & Locations Ground delivery takes 2 to 6 business days, and estimated transit times can be viewed on the provided map. Note that shipping times are calculated in business days. Orders outside the 48 continental U.S. states require Second Day or Next Day Air service. For APO or FPO addresses, we use USPS. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Free Shipping Orders eligible for free shipping will be delivered via ground service at no charge. We reserve the right to select the shipping method.
Returns For items not covered by warranty or damaged/defective, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Insurance Certifiedwatchstore insures every item we ship. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S. Orders shipping to locations like Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses will be sent via ground delivery, with APO/FPO requiring USPS.

Shipping Restrictions UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. For APO and FPO, select USPS. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Weekend deliveries are available only with the Next Day Air Saturday option, and only for domestic U.S. orders.
Shipping Issues If your order is lost or damaged, the carrier will conduct an investigation. Contact Certifiedwatchstore within 10 business days to initiate a tracer. If the carrier is responsible, Certifiedwatchstore will ship a replacement or issue a refund if the item is unavailable. Claims may take up to two weeks to process. For discrepancies or wrong items, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to make corrections. Using incorrect items may void your ability to exchange or replace them. For international shipping help, refer to our International Shipping Issues section. Defective items must also be reported within 5 days, and you may be asked to provide photographs of the issue.
Packaging In the event of damaged packaging, Certifiedwatchstore reserves the right to replace the original packaging but cannot guarantee it will be the manufacturer's original packaging.
